This includes, but is not limited to, product descriptions, pricing, availability, and shipping details. SANI-SIP™ is not liable for any issues that may arise from reliance on outdated or incorrect information presented on the site.
3. Ordering and Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal.
Order Processing: All orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Shipping Time: Standard shipping generally takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier service.
Order Modifications & Cancellations: Once an order is placed, we begin processing it promptly and cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders: SANI-SIP™ reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This may occur due to product availability, suspicious or fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or other reasons. If your order is canceled, we will notify you using the contact information provided at checkout and issue a full refund if payment has already been processed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Carriers & Delivery Estimates: Orders are shipped from our facility in Houston, Texas, using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Standard delivery times are estimated between 2–5 business days depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Shipping Responsibility: Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, SANI-SIP™ is no longer responsible for any delays, losses, or damage caused during transit. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for issues related to delivery status or lost packages.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery, including photo evidence with the batch number visible (see Return & Exchange Policy for full details). Damage claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO military addresses. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. If your order is being shipped internationally, please complete an order inquiry form for specific pricing and shipping fees.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. However, we do allow exchanges for products that arrive defective or damaged, under the following conditions:
Eligible Exchanges:
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- You must submit photo evidence clearly showing:
The damaged or defective product
The batch number visible on the product - Once reviewed and approved by our team, we will send replacement lids free of charge, including free shipping.
Ineligible Exchanges:
- Requests submitted after the 48-hour window
- Products that are damaged after delivery due to improper storage, handling, or use.
- Requests without the required photo evidence and batch number
How to Initiate an Exchange
To request an exchange, please email Info@sanisipproducts.com with:
- Your company name and order number
- Photos of the damaged item and visible batch number
- A brief description of the issue
We will respond within 3 business days to confirm whether your exchange has been approved and provide next steps.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including but not limited to the SANI-SIP™ name, logo, product designs, graphics, text, images, videos, packaging, and website layout—is the intellectual property of LID SHIELD, LLC or its affiliates and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, modify, sell, license, distribute, display, or use any part of the site’s content or branding for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of LID SHEILD, LLC.
Any unauthorized use of SANI-SIP™ intellectual property may result in legal action.
