Shipping Policy

SANI-SIP™ currently ships to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO military addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

For international orders, please complete an order inquiry form to receive specific pricing and shipping fees.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days based on location and shipping carrier.
  • Carriers Used: USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Once your order has shipped and tracking has been provided, SANI-SIP™ is not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages that occur during transit. For any delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Shipments:
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the damage.
  • Visible batch number on the product.
Damage reports submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for exchange.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final—SANI-SIP™ does not offer refunds. However, exchanges are permitted for items that are defective or damaged during shipment.

Eligible Exchanges Must Include:
  • Notification within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Photos showing damage and visible batch number.
  • Original order number and customer name
If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost, including shipping.

Non-Eligible Exchanges:
  • Requests made after 48 hours.
  • Damage due to customer misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
  • Incomplete or missing photo evidence.
